Let it be a sloppy swamp. Those fellers may as well get an early start on getting used to it. Looking forward to the jamboree tomorrow no doubt.

Well there is hardly any grass at all on the field at John I. Burton due to the Admin not ponying up to have the Brown spot disease sprayed, so it will be a muddy mess all year. What is atrocious is they could come up with a consultants fee to have the LPCC golf course maintenance superintendant come and look at tell them what needs to be done, but not spend another $300 to get it in shape.

Word is that the St Paul start time has been pushed back an hour due to Wise Co. being on a heat schedule tomorrow.

Another question would have been though if they had to use pesticides to clean up the brown spot (whatever it may be at Burton) would they have been cleared to even play on it for X amount of time.
